We will discuss which specific regulations are in the pipeline, the correspondingimplications are for the Swiss software industry, and  and what the industry is asking for from its politicians.

Session 2 – Reviewing the value chain in times of AI
AI represents a huge opportunity for the software industry. At the same time, it poses major challenges for software companies. Customers are questioning development costs. There’s increasing competition and pressure on the margins. Meanwhile, new skills are in demand and there’s hot competition for talent. Entrepreneurs now need to rethink their value chains and business models. Based on specific examples, experienced entrepreneurs will show how change can be turned into an opportunity - and how to successfully guide a software company on its path into the future.
