Overview

Digital experience is not limited to screens. It’s about designing the right interactions between  applications, devices, processes, roles, and rules across an entire digital ecosystem. But now there is a third player - AI - getting involved in the collaboration between developers and UX professionals - adding to the complexity. The track will address the management of these and other challenges to create the best digital experience for customers, employees, and society at large.
