Special Track Swiss Data & AI Sovereignty

Overview

The leading question of the Special Track is: How to achieve Swiss Data and AI-Sovereignty and how can the Swiss software industry contribute to achieve this goal?

Participants of the Workshop will join forces to identify and discuss concrete actions to establish Swiss AI solutions and their providers as a viable alternative to the global BigTech-offerings. Focussing on the specific added value of Swiss AI solutions to end-users, consumers, citizens as well as companies, the workshop aims at clarifying the need and requirements for the creation of a Swiss AI label which stands for quality and creates trust.

The workshop will follow the World Café-Format. Participants will be grouped in 4 Teams, which will rotate through 4 topic stations giving their input. At the end, the facilitators will report back the findings followed by final comments.
